ChaseUp GharTak is an on-demand service and delivery platform that connects users with independent service providers, delivery partners, and vendors for home services and essential deliveries across Pakistan.
ChaseUp GharTak does not directly provide services; it acts as a technology-enabled marketplace.
2. Eligibility
To use this Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
3. User Accounts
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
- You agree to provide true, accurate, and updated information
- You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account
ChaseUp GharTak reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.
4. Service Booking & Delivery
- Service requests are subject to availability of service providers
- Estimated arrival times are indicative and not guaranteed
- Prices may vary based on service type, location, urgency, and duration
Once a service has started or a delivery has been completed, it is deemed accepted.
5. Payments & Charges
- Payments may be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or supported digital payment methods
- Prices displayed include platform charges unless stated otherwise
- ChaseUp GharTak reserves the right to revise pricing, fees, or commissions at any time
All payments are subject to verification and confirmation.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
7. Service Providers & Quality
- Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of ChaseUp GharTak
- ChaseUp GharTak does not guarantee service outcomes but facilitates dispute resolution
- Users must provide safe and lawful working conditions at the service location
Any misconduct should be reported immediately.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Misuse the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Provide false service requests
- Harass, abuse, or threaten service providers or staff
- Attempt to bypass platform payments
Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on ChaseUp GharTak, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of ChaseUp GharTak and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services. ChaseUp GharTak is not responsible for their content, services, or privacy practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
ChaseUp GharTak shall not be liable for:
- Service delays or failures beyond reasonable control
- Losses arising from user negligence
- Actions or omissions of independent service providers
Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChaseUp GharTak from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
13. Termination
ChaseUp GharTak reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time without prior notice if terms are violated.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
